WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

ONLY EXCHANGES

Items can only be exchanged within maximum two-three das of shipment in most

Please note that:

you can try the order while the courier is at your doorstep & return it if vou want

To save the hassle that comes with requesting another pick up

You can request an exchange through the dms or

by placing another order " incase you returned the item with the courier"

Its your right to request an exchange if :

• Items that were received damaged, defective if you received the wrong item or if you need to exchange to another size

Exchanges will be processed only if:

The product is not damaged on purpose or used !

The product is not different from what was shipped to you.

The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received

note: all the items are checked before being shipped out and taken pictures of so no exchange/ return ifyou caused any damage to a product on purpose

Facts you need to know

orders take 4-8 days

Sometimes less than 4 days

the 4-8 days start after receiving the confirmation sms

jeans orders might take longer

the shipping is processed through a well known shipping company

The couriers are not ours & we do not have direct contact with them

But we have the ability to track all the orders & make sure they're delivered safely

If you happened to experience an issue with the shipping courier you can report the incident to us or to the shipping company

Any other attempts to reach you through unknown couriers that's not us

• its your complete right to try the products and check them out while the courier waits outside!

When placing an order

you need to provide us with :

A phone number / a substitute phone number if possible

A detailed address is a " must "

Choose the area

Street name

Building number

Apartment number

Orders with no detailed address are automatically returned by the shipping company

WE DO NOT SHIP MULTIPLE ITEMS OF THE SAME DESIGN IF THEY ARE INTENDED FOR TRYING ON ONE AND RETURNING THE OTHER.
