Shipping policy

Order Processing

• Orders take 4–8 days for delivery (sometimes less).

• Delivery time starts after receiving the confirmation SMS.

• Jeans orders may take longer.

Shipping Company

• All orders are shipped through Bosta Egypt (@bosta.egypt).

• Any attempt to deliver through an unknown courier is not from us.

• Couriers are not our employees; we have no direct contact with them.

• We can track all orders to ensure safe delivery.

• If you experience an issue with the courier, report it to us or the shipping company.

Courier Policy

• It’s your right to try the items while the courier waits at your doorstep.

• We do not allow multiple pieces of the same design for trying and returning (must either keep all or return all — shipping company policy).

Address Requirements

• You must provide:

  • Full Name

  • Phone Number (and a backup number if possible)

  • Detailed Address:

    • Area

    • Street Name

    • Building Number

    • Apartment Number

• Orders with incomplete addresses will be automatically returned.
